At Lye Intl Resources, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our cleaning services. Our Satisfaction Guarantee Policy is designed to address any concerns and provide prompt resolutions. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

  1. Client Walk-Through
    • Upon completion of the cleaning service, the client must walk through the premises with our cleaner to ensure that all items on the cleaning checklist are completed to their satisfaction.

  2. Addressing Unsatisfied Areas
    • If any areas are unsatisfactory, the cleaner will address and rectify the issue immediately, provided it is within a reasonable scope and timeframe.
    • If certain areas cannot be adequately cleaned during the initial visit, the client has to inform management and we will arrange a follow-up appointment to complete the unsatisfied areas on another day.

  3. Proof of Unsatisfactory Areas
    • Clients must provide proof of unsatisfactory areas through photos or videos. This should include both before and after images or footage where applicable.
    • Proof must be submitted alongside the complaint within the 3 hours following the cleaning service.

  4. Remedial Measures
    • We will initiate remedial measures based on our management standards, which consider factors such as the house's condition, the time required for cleaning, the difficulty of cleaning, etc.
    • Remedial measures will be initiated within the job scope initially agreed upon by the client and Lye Intl Resources.
    • Lye Intl reserves the right to decide on the appropriateness of the remedial actions based on the provided proof and our internal assessment.

  5. Exclusions
    • If the client does not lodge a complaint within 3 hours after the cleaning service has ended, the guarantee will be voided.
    • Areas that are inaccessible or hazardous to our cleaning staff are not covered under this guarantee.
    • If the client does not respond to or is not present at the scheduled time for a follow-up cleaning appointment, the satisfaction guarantee may be voided.
    • Lye Intl Resources reserves the final decision regarding resolving any disputes or concerns.

  6. Changes to Policy
    • Lye Intl Resources reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to clients in advance.
